We are looking for several Call Center Representatives to join our team in Customer Service. Candidates must have spent a minimum of 2 years working in a retail banking environment including experience with platform transactions, and lending experience with products such as equity lines/loans, installment loans, and/or conventional mortgages. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Job duties may include: responding to loan servicing and product questions; quoting mortgage rates and providing product comparisons; and taking equity/mortgage loan applications over the phone. Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Summary: The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for assisting in the proper operation and maintenance of Third Federal Savings’ buildings which include oversight of repairs and installations to the internal and external physical structures, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, landscaping/snow removal, and janitorial services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages external facility resources to deliver expected service levels.
  • Coordinates work assignments among vendors and contractors ensuring all projects and maintenance are completed in accordance with Third Federal standards.
  • Reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labor for projects.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with department managers and associates.
  • Responds to facilities related problems in a professional and expedient manner.
  • Assists in the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, electric and other systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Inspects facility and generates inspection reports on a quarterly basis.

  • Approves operating expense invoices for assigned properties.
  • Manages various facilities projects; coordinates with internal support partners including marketing, security and technology as needed throughout the project.
  • Rotates on-call duty for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Has experience with and has demonstrated:
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret various types of business documents.

Microsoft System Center Administrator

Third Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Microsoft System Center Administrator with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and a desire to expand those skills in a team environment.

We utilize Configuration Manager, Operations Manager, Orchestrator and Service Manager within the environment to manage both servers, desktops and change control.

The System Center Administrator will be required to engineer and support a growing Microsoft environment that includes several System Center components, Active Directory, Group Policy, Desktops and Software Deployments. As a System Center Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, patching and administration of Windows desktops as well as managing system alerts (Ops Mgr.), system automation tasks and change control.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and implement all software deployments via SCCM 2012
  • Manage multiple images/task sequences for deploying PC’s to the organization
  • Patching systems via SCCM to comply with our monthly schedule
  • Manage Active Directory Group Policies to configure all systems.
  • Develop, Test and deploy automation scripts via Orchestrator Runbooks
  • Support and manage Change Control process via Service Manager
  • Manage Microsoft alerts via Operations Manager
  • Support the efforts of the Tech Support (Helpdesk) team as third level support
  • Work closely with Server and Network Administrators to achieve optimal configuration of all applications
  • Run audit reports against Microsoft environment for PCI and SOX compliance
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • To provide remote support as needed
  • Participate in a team environment to complete various projects
  • Provide some server support assistance when needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining a desktop environment, System Center and Active Directory
  • MCSE, MCSA 2008/2012 or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience packaging and deploying applications
  • Scripting knowledge with Powershell and vbscript a requirement. WMI and ADSI a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL queries to build ad-hoc reports
  • Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a willingness to lend a hand with any project
  • High level of initiative and critical thinking
