Northeast Ohio

We are looking for several Call Center Representatives to join our team in our Customer Service Department. Candidates must have spent a minimum of 2 years working in a retail banking environment including experience with platform transactions, and lending experience with products such as equity lines/loans, installment loans, and/or conventional mortgages. The successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team based setting. Job duties may include: responding to loan servicing and product questions; quoting mortgage rates and providing product comparisons; and taking equity/mortgage loan applications over the phone. The Call Center Representative will also handle a variety of customer inquiries regarding checking, savings, certificates of deposit (regular and IRA), debit cards and online banking issues. Positions are located at our Main Office, 7007 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland, OH. 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 Years of recent experience working in a retail banking environment
  • Customer service orientation in a telephone environment preferred
  • Recent Depository account (Checking, Savings, IRA, Certificate of Deposit) experience required
  • Lending experience including equity lines /loans, and installment loans is required
  • First mortgage lending experience is preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, and positive proactive and friendly interpersonal skills are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative I/Teller for our Twinsburg Branch Office. The qualified candidates will be proficient in all aspects of cash handling, managing and balancing a teller drawer and positively resolving customer issues. We have a College Summer Float Teller program that utilizes your prior customer service skills and cash handling experience to maintain excellent customer service levels in our Northeast Ohio Branches during the summer. This program will provide valuable experience to you about what working in a branch banking office is like. You will fill in for the regular teller staff and operate a teller window handling the cashing of checks, savings deposits and withdrawals, Certificate of Deposit updates , interest rate inquiries, and a number of other duties at several of our bank branches during your summer break from College. This is a temporary job for the summer only. The hourly rate for this position is $8.75

Job Summary: Working in a team environment, this position focuses on both desktop and web application development for new and existing business applications. Work includes applications for deployment on the Intranet and Internet site.

• Architect and build data-driven applications, business objects and back end processors.
