We are looking for several Call Center Representatives to
join our team with a minimum of 1 year recent experience in a retail banking/credit
union environment. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able
to understand and explain financial information, work well in a fast-paced
environment and thrive in a team based setting. Experience with equity lines of
credit, depository accounts, and mortgage loan terminology are a plus. Our Call
Center is an in-bound operation. These are full-time, first shift positions
located at our Main Office (E. 71st & Broadway).
Work hours are generally scheduled between 8:20
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Thursday, until 6:00 p.m. on Friday and
requires some Saturdays.
School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year
of recent retail bank/credit union experience opening deposit accounts.
communication skills, proven math skills.
PC skills including: Word and Excel.
equity line of credit/mortgage application experience is a plus.
language skills are a plus.
