Lowest Rate Guarantee Details

Third Federal guarantees you the lowest rate on our Prime PLUS Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit. If you find a better rate we'll beat it or give you $1,000.

1. Apply for a Third Federal Prime PLUS Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit in our lending areas.
2. Bring proof of a home equity product with a lower rate
3. If you find a lower rate on a similar home equity product, we'll beat it or give you $1,000

A similar loan must be for the same property, term, loan amount and have the same prepayment or early termination policy. In addition, the competitor's home equity product must have the same, or lower amount of fees or costs.
