How we are adapting to serve you
We are complying with all mandates from the Governor of Ohio’s office and disseminating those mandates across all of our branches, including in our Florida branches, though a stay-at-home order has not been issued for Florida at this time.
We have adjusted our branch lobby hours and have taken precautions in our branches and offices to keep everyone as safe as possible during this time.
The first hour of each day, from 9am-10am EDT, lobby hours are reserved for the elderly and vulnerable population.
While our lobby hours are limited, our branch associates are still available to assist you by phone from 9am-4pm EDT Monday-Thursday; 9am-6pm EDT Friday ; 9am-1pm EDT Saturday.
We ask for the safety of all, when you come into a branch, please practice social distancing, maintaining six feet between you and other customers, as well as our associates.
Our Customer Care department is available regular business hours, from 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-6pm EDT Friday; 8:30am-1:30pm EDT Saturday. Due to an increase in call volume, hold times with Customer Care may be longer than expected. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Online Banking and Personal Moneyline:
We have options for our customers to transact with us if you feel uncomfortable coming into a branch. Customers with Online Banking can access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at thirdfederal.com. Customers can obtain account balances by calling our Personal Moneyline at 1-888-521-5512. Accounts can be opened by phone or online, and if you have any questions, or concerns, you can contact Customer Care at 1-800 THIRD FED (844-7333) or by secure email in Online Banking.
