Working in a team environment, the Customer Service Representative / Savings Counselor will work in a Retail Branch location assisting customers with banking transactions on the Platform, in the Teller area, or over the telephone.  Primary responsibilities will focus on opening depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs) as well as taking Equity Line/Loan applications and resolving customer issues on the platform.  The successful candidate will work in all areas of the branch.  The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a team based setting. Requirements:

  • 6 months of recent Teller experience.

The (IT) Systems Security position is responsible for the protection of the firm's physical and non-physical Information Technology assets. This includes, but is not limited to, network equipment, servers, desktop and laptop computers, software, and electronic information.  Main duties include designing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining security systems and hardware; security planning/integration; ensuring that all systems are safeguarded against all forms of malicious intrusions; assisting other groups within the firm in developing secure systems.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Participate in the design of, implement and maintain security systems and hardware including Firewalls, Data Loss Prevention, Intrusion Prevention Systems and Network Access Control systems. 
  2. Participate in the design of and support of DMZ security controls.
  3. Evaluate network architecture and hardware/software configurations for security vulnerabilities.
  4. Participate in the design of hardening procedures for network devices including servers and desktops.
  5. Participate in the review and analysis of internal applications and projects and external connectivity issues that may have an impact on security
  6. Ensure utilization of appropriate and effective authentication, encryption, and intrusion detection methods.
  7. Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and threats to make appropriate recommendations regarding implementations and mitigation strategies.
  8.   Monitoring of logs looking for trends and security threats. 

Requirements:

  1. Three or more years of experience in technical information systems positions, with at least 2 years experience in a pure information security position (firewall administrator, IDS administrator, penetration tester, etc.).
  2. CISSP Certification is preferred.
  3. Experience with information security policies, intrusion response procedures, disaster recovery procedures, risk analysis and significant experience administering the operations of a complex security infrastructure.
  4. In-depth understanding of IP networking, networking protocols, network segmentation and security-related technologies. These include encryption, IPSEC, PKI, RADIUS, VPN's, web application and traditional firewalls, proxy servers, Data Loss Prevention, change management monitoring, database activity monitoring, DNS, PGP, SSL, code signing, digital signature and digital rights management.
  5. Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, especially Group Policy Objects.
  6. Experience with Red Hat administration.
  7. Solid Understanding of Microsoft IIS.
  8. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & interpersonal skills.
  9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Ability to work in a team environment.

We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and desire to expand skills.
The Network Administrator will oversee, configure, and support the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet subnets. The candidate will maintain the network by performing the necessary maintenance to support the availability and functionality of the network's hardware (routers, switches and firewalls etc) and monitoring the network's performance (traffic, bandwidth, capacity). The successful candidate will also be involved in future upgrades, working closely with the IS security group and the Windows administration groups.

The Third Federal Underwriting department is looking for an experienced residential mortgage loan underwriter to join the organization as an Underwriter I. Job responsibilities include evaluating all facets of a borrower’s profile to ensure the borrower(s) align with Third Federal and Fannie Mae lending guidelines. Daily tasks include calculating income through paystubs, tax returns, or other documentation, reading and understanding the borrower’s credit report to determine credit worthiness, and assessing the collateral through a comprehensive review of the property appraisal. This position will focus primarily on the processing and underwriting of loans originated for sale to Fannie Mae, so an understanding of Desktop Underwriter (DU), familiarity with the Fannie Mae selling guide, and experience working with Fannie Mae is imperative. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex situations, a willingness to make tough and decisive decisions, and be comfortable working in both individual and team settings.
