We are searching for a Machine Operator/ Mailroom Clerk with a minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Corporate Mailroom environment. Candidates will be proficient in operating Pitney Bowes DM950 and FPS12 series mail machines, are detail oriented, and familiar with Microsoft Excel. Additionally, dedication to delivering outstanding customer service is required.

The job is located at our Main Office complex where you will share responsibilities for sorting and delivering incoming mail, collecting and sorting outgoing US Mail, FedEx/UPS, and presorted remittances in addition to operating high volume mail/statement stuffing machinery.

Hours are generally scheduled between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday and requires some Saturdays. Lifting is required - you must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repetitive and routine basis.

To be considered for this position, you must have recent Corporate Mailroom machine operator experience
.

We are looking for several Call Center Representatives to join our team in our Customer Service Department. Candidates must have spent a minimum of 2 years working in a retail banking environment including experience with platform transactions, and lending experience with products such as equity lines/loans, installment loans, and/or conventional mortgages. We have a career opportunity in the Modeling and Analytics Department within Risk Management for a Data and Statistical Modeling Analyst.  The successful candidate will share responsibility for the reporting needs of the Risk Management Modeling team, assist in the administration of Third Federal's Model Risk Management program and participate in the validation of statistical and operational models used throughout the Association.

The (IT) Systems Security position is responsible for the protection of the firm's physical and non-physical Information Technology assets. This includes, but is not limited to, network equipment, servers, desktop and laptop computers, software, and electronic information.  Main duties include designing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining security systems and hardware; security planning/integration; ensuring that all systems are safeguarded against all forms of malicious intrusions; assisting other groups within the firm in developing secure systems.

  5. Participate in the review and analysis of internal applications and projects and external connectivity issues that may have an impact on security
  6. Ensure utilization of appropriate and effective authentication, encryption, and intrusion detection methods.
  7. Keep abreast of emerging security technologies and threats to make appropriate recommendations regarding implementations and mitigation strategies.
  8.   Monitoring of logs looking for trends and security threats. 

Requirements:

  1. Three or more years of experience in technical information systems positions, with at least 2 years experience in a pure information security position (firewall administrator, IDS administrator, penetration tester, etc.).
  2. CISSP Certification is preferred.
  3. Experience with information security policies, intrusion response procedures, disaster recovery procedures, risk analysis and significant experience administering the operations of a complex security infrastructure.
  4. In-depth understanding of IP networking, networking protocols, network segmentation and security-related technologies. These include encryption, IPSEC, PKI, RADIUS, VPN's, web application and traditional firewalls, proxy servers, Data Loss Prevention, change management monitoring, database activity monitoring, DNS, PGP, SSL, code signing, digital signature and digital rights management.
  5. Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, especially Group Policy Objects.
  6. Experience with Red Hat administration.

We are looking for a Network Engineer with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and desire to expand skills.
The Network Administrator will oversee, configure, and support the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet subnets.
