Rated 4 out of 5 by from Low rates but somewhat difficult to use Rates were great but there were several instances where information was previously communicated by me, my insurance agent and title company to Third Federal. A day later Third Federal would call asking for the same information. The “secure” web email was the root cause of this and I cannot disagree more with its use.

And was flexible with the closing timeline. Even during COVID timelines, multiple team members stepped in to answer all my questions.
