Account Deposits Simply drop your deposit in the secure Depository outside your local branch, and we will mail you a receipt. Or, with our Third Federal Mobile App, take a photo of your check and deposit it from home.
CD Rollovers, Account Opening/Closing, and Funds Transfer Call your local branch, and we will roll over a CD, open or close an account, or transfer funds between accounts over the phone.
Loan Payments Simply drop your payment in the secure Depository outside your local branch, and we will mail you a receipt. Or, mail your payment to us at: PO Box 94974, Cleveland, OH 44101-4974.
Loan Applications Call your local branch, and we will assist you with your application over the phone.
Account Information Available through our automated Personal MoneyLine at 1-888-521-5512.
