Overview
For 25 years, Third Federal HomeToday program has helped individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. HomeToday homebuyer education, financial literacy, and mortgage lending guidance to help prospective buyers prepare for the responsibilities of homeownership. The program helps build a strong foundation for sustainable, long-term homeownership by providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to succeed.

2026 Seminars
Once participants complete eight hours (four, two-hour sessions) of HomeToday education they meet one-on-one with a professional HUD credit counselor to create personalized action plans for becoming successful homeowners. Individual credit counseling reinforces the fundamentals of successful homeownership and encourages participants to establish and maintain their credit to assist them in their journey of homeownership.
