Rated 3 out of 5 by from HELOC Although my situation was unique, the process of my approval was less than stellar, significantly less. However, the underwriter manager and I eventually discussed and resolved the issues. I trust this was a learning experience for Third Federal Savings & Loan.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lowest rate available Loan itself was very satisfactory. I did encounter an issue with my title search which was eventually resolved. Loan service was abysmal. I could not get direct answers from the loan officer. He was very slow to return phone calls and almost never answered my emails. Eventually I took matters into my own hands and worked with title company to resolve this issue.
